We want you to enjoy this piece of jewellery for many years to come. So here are some tips on how to look after it.
General tips
Tip 1. Keep all your jewellery out of wet environments. So please don't wear it in the shower or store it in a humid climate.
Tip 2. Dress in your outfit first, then style your jewellery. It will result in a much better look and avoid damage to your clothing and jewellery pieces. Remember to reverse the order, too, when finished with the outfit.
Tip 3. Keep your lotions, makeup, hairspray and perfume away from the jewellery; use them before putting on the jewellery.
Tip 4. Household cleaning products should not come in contact with your jewellery.
Gold Plated Jewellery
Tip 1. To clean your gold-plated jewellery, use mild soap and water. Use a soft cloth to clean the item carefully. After cleaning, rinse with lukewarm water and allow it to dry completely.
Tip 2. Buffing your plated jewellery with a soft cloth-like T-shirt material or eyeglass cleaning cloths is an effective and inexpensive way to keep your pieces shining brightly.
Tip 3. If the jewellery contains gemstones, agate or pearls, do not submerge the entire piece into the water. Instead, use a cotton swab with mild dishwashing liquid to wash only the silver.
Note: Do not use a jewellery polishing cloth, as this can damage the finish.
